Dr. Helga Meyer is Professor of Project Management at the Bremen University of Applied Sciences. She has lectured at University of North Carolina at Wilmington (USA), and East Tennessee State University (USA). In 2002 and 2004 she was elected Vice Rector Teaching and Academic Studies at UAS Bremen. Helga Meyer publishes in the field of project management and higher education management.
