James B. Duffy has been a project manager and system engineer for Rockwell International (now the Boeing Company) for twenty years. He held technical management positions on projects such as the Space Shuttle, the National AeroSpace Plane (NASP, X-30), and the X-33 Reusable Launch Vehicle. He founded TeraSim Associates two years ago to provide management and system engineering consulting services to the aerospace industry in Europe.
