Marcel Bhend has more than 14 years of experience of mainly projectrelated work in the information processing industry. He graduated as electrical engineer from the ETH Zurich, Switzerland, and has a masters degree in project management from the George Washington University. During his career he has held different positions ranging from marketing and sales, system engineering to project management. He has worked for several companies, among them Andersen Consulting and NCR Corp.
In his current position as Data Warehouse Project Manager at NCR he is responsible for presale consulting and implementation of data warehouse solutions. Among his customers are major leading companies in the retail, telecommunication, pharmaceutical and financial areas. He is also the author of several articles, speaks at conferences and provides data warehouse workshops.
